I can not see the videos and/or live feeds..what do I do?
If you download the latest version of internet explorer you should have no problems whatsoever. Make sure you download it with internet tools option. You can download it for free here. If you insist on using netscape download the latest version of windows media player here.

I am having problems seeing pictures with my aol browser..what do I do?
Try the following: From the AOL web browser program, Click on "Members" Select the "Preferences" menu in the AOL browser Click on "Uncompressed Graphics" Click on the "Advanced" section Click on "Purge Cache" That's it. Everything should work fine. Don't forget to Download the latest version of AOL.

I am an aol user and I'm having all kinds of problems viewing things..what do I do?

How do I enable java to see the live feeds?
If you are using Netscape 4.0 or greater:
1. Click Edit top left of your screen
2. then click Preferences
3. then click Advanced
4. ensure there is a check mark in both "Enable Java and "Enable JavaScript"
5. then click OK If you are using earlier releases of Netscape:
1.Click Edit top left of your screen
2. then click Options
3. then click Network Preferences
4. then click Languages
5. ensure there is a check mark in both "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript"
6. then click OK

If you are using MicroSoft Internet Explorer 3.xx:
1. Click View top left of your screen
2. then click Options
3. then click Security
4. ensure a checkmark appears in "Enable Java Programs"
5. the click OK

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.xx+:
1. Click View top left of your screen
2. then click Internet Options
3. then click the Security tab.
4. under Internet Zone select Medium(more secure)
5. the click Apply then OK

The feeds and movies seem slow..how do I speed them up?
Video is very bandwidth intensive and modems 28.8 and slower have trouble keeping up. You can try clicking the pause button on videos to let the buffer build up so when you click play again it will play more smoothly. You can also try buying a faster modem.
